Beautifully decorated units with jacuzzi bath, sofa, as example, and the staff were incredibly helpful. A microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge were very handy.

The Spa machines are not updated. One treadmill machine was not working and the other one can cause an accident if you are not hold it. It is unbelievable! ....Managment do not care. The hotel it is too expensive for the room....It should not call Suites.......

Nothing. They lost my reservation and made me retrieve a paper copy from my office before they would give me a room. When they finally gave me a room it was 2 queens. And not a king as per reservation

Reason I book this hotel was they have a spa. After a long drive I look faward to relaxing in the spa. We got ther around midnight, so we where going into spa in the morning. Well they forgot to tell us the spa was Brocken. After going back and forth and trying to get a manager to Speke too. They offer us a room with a spa at no extra charge. We accepted offer, but when we get to the room it just stunk real bad, spa was filthy,the cooler not working, phone not working, sink pluged, tub with staines. Curtaines are real dirty with like blood staines on them. Do not recomend this run down hotel.

Comfortable Family Stay with Excellent Service

The staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast featured a wonderful variety. We enjoyed the fresh waffles and fruits every morning. A nice moment was when the housekeeping staff brought us extra towels with a genuine smile. Highly recommend asking for the breakfast schedule!

I had an awesome stay where I really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and the cozy bed, which was truly the coziest I've slept in for a while. The outdoor pool was refreshing and perfect for relaxation after a long day. Just a heads up, the breakfast options could use a little upgrade, but it didn’t take away from my overall positive experience! 😊
